Motion Graphics Creator is downloadable digital content for macOS that works through Claude Code. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and must review the published technical requirements before purchasing.

The price shown at checkout is the total product price before any taxes or charges that Stripe is legally required to calculate. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Visual Standard does not receive or store your full card number.

After successful payment, the license key and installation instructions are sent to the email used at checkout. By selecting the separate consent before checkout, you request immediate digital delivery during the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once supply of the digital content begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If delivery fails, the license cannot be activated, or the product is materially non-conforming, contact support@visualstandard.io. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace, restore access, or refund in accordance with mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The product creates editable first drafts, not guaranteed automatic perfection. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving creative output. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party changes, network availability, or events outside reasonable control.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, together with any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Consumers may also contact their competent consumer-protection authority.
